Annual scholarships were established in 2008 by the Liberty Hill Band Boosters, Inc. to provide scholarships for graduating seniors who have participated in a high school band program for at least three (3) consecutive years and who have demonstrated one or more of the following qualities:  leadership, team player, commitment to excellence, superior performer, and outstanding academics.

In 2010 The Liberty Hill Band Boosters voted to change the name of our annual scholarship, "The Liberty Hill Band Boosters/ Diane Pogue Memorial Scholarship".

Diane Pogue was an past band booster president and was a driving force in securing the band concession stand at Panther Stadium. Please Read more about Diane and her accomplishments here.
